PHYSICAL CONSEQ
CARDIAC T wave inversion ,ST depression ,arrythmia
HAEMATOLOGICAL
anemia, thrmbocyto,leucopenia.
ENDOCRINE pubertal delay ,short stature ,amenorrhoea
GIT constipatin .abn LFT.
DIAG CRIT
wt loss at least 15%
avoidance f high calorie foods.
Distortion f body image.
Amenorrhoea for at least 3 months.
MANAGEMENT
Ensure Patients well being
Psychological traument CBT N family therapy.
